I’ve been coming to Global Eye Care Optometry for years, and Dr. Cheng and her team have always take... Show Moren wonderful care of my entire family. Recently, my eye became swollen and itchy, and since it was difficult to get a timely appointment with an ophthalmologist, I reached out to Dr. Cheng for a last-minute appointment. She was kind enough to squeeze me into her busy schedule. After examining my eye, she told me it was a stye and explained how to care for it at home. I followed her instructions and applied warm compresses, and my eye has since healed. I really appreciated her taking the time to examine my eye, explain what was going on, and guide me on what to do. What I truly appreciate about Dr. Cheng is her genuine care for her patients. She takes the time to listen to me and chat with me, rather than making me feel like I’m just there for a routine exam. She makes me feel comfortable and cared for. The entire staff is professional and helpful with everything from pretesting and retinal imaging to contact lens fittings and Ortho-K guidance. They are also very patient when explaining insurance benefits, which I really appreciate. They also offer a fantastic selection of high-end frames, including Silhouette and OVVO. Over the years, I’ve bought four pairs of Silhouette frames and two pairs of OVVO frames here. They’ve held up so well that I’m still wearing them today. Whenever my prescription changes, I simply stop by to update my lenses. I’m so grateful to Dr. Cheng and her amazing team for taking such good care of my family over the years.
